The magical Kia Uk/Ken Brown disaster tag team combo continues. Kia UK fixed the car on May 19th - its now June 14th. I had a call from Ken Brown Stevenage last night to say the car is now back with them but I cant have it yet as they have to "check" its safe??? And also do some recalls/software updates (That KIA UK promised they would do). Expected today or tomorrow or whenever.

There is also an ultrasonic alarm part on order that wont come in till August, meaning the car will go back in AGAIN.

When enquiring why the car had gone to Harlow they said Kia UK had sent the car to "any old Ken Brown" and just dropped it there in error, without communicating with them.

As ever KBS didn't seem to care about the fact the car will be another week just due to it being dropped off at the wrong location, its always "we might" or "we'll see -there's never any responsibility from them about sorting things/making sure that things are progressing.

Fully expecting a dirty and uncharged car to be returned at some point whenever.
