Hi,
Car has been with Kia Ken Brown Stevenage all day and had a call from technician to say they are waiting for one part, there is another part they have been advised to change (sounds like it will be swapped off their demo car) to see if it fixes the issue.
If it doesn't then they are saying if it turns out to be a battery issue then Kia will want the car back. It did sound like they have been trying things under the instruction of Kia all day and he admitted that its a new car they are having to learn.
They are keeping the car overnight and will try the component tomorrow (hopefully).
Hoping they can fix tomorrow, hoping the car isn't a giant electric Lemon. The car is two months old and tomorrow will be its 3rd full day at the dealership. No courtesy car available or given.
If it is going back to Kia then they will need to give us another car to use, sense of humor failure loading...........................
