Plus One Week.


So we had confirmation that the car is fixed by a call from the dealer who diagnosed the problem. But Kia have a shortage of staff and cant get the car back to us, they called a week ago but the car hadn't moved. The car has stopped communicating via the App due to inactivity of the vehicle so I cant track where it is. They also have a recall to do on it which will delay it further.


The lease company (Lex Auto) called today and are going to get on Kia's case to get the car returned asap, and also look at compensation. They were amazed at the lack of communication we have had and they had been informed we had the car back already.


On general EV6 stuff, I saw these beauties on one of the forums:

Hopefully by next week we could have the car back and I can have something relevant to blog about. Somebody local must have had a black EV6 delivered as I have seen it around a few times, makes me miss ours more. Still not many of them around the Hertfordshire area.


The E Niro continues to be a solid reliable car and we have had no issues with it what so ever.
