Just a brief update, the gods of sarcasm must have been listening yesterday as after posting the blog I got a call from Kia Ken Brown Stevenage.
"Your car is fixed sir" - I explained that I could see that from the App. The bad news is Kia have logistics issues and due to a shortage of drivers cant get the car back from Kia UK HQ (Walton on Thames). When it does come they also have a recall to fix which they will do when it returns (hopefully the remote heating fix - just in time for summer :-) )
So its not back yet, but moving in the right direction. I'm estimating 2 weeks - optimistically.
