"Your car has a battery cell fault and needs to be returned to Kia to be resolved"
Not what I wanted to hear but they are unable to do anything at the dealer so it needs to go. They are trying to source me a car now and will get back to me.
The concern is how long - the technician at the dealer said they don't have timescales, but the last car (Kia Nero) that went back with Battery Cell fault is still there after two and half Months!
Relying on Kia now to offer a suitable (long term) replacement. Let see how good they are.
